Shipping Policies -

II currently ship to most countries worldwide, except for the EU and Northern Ireland. If you're unsure whether I can ship to your location, feel free to reach out!

While the prices range depending on what you order, most hoops will cost £5 within the UK and £11 for the rest of the world. This is a flat fee whether you buy one or ten and your order will be trackable.

All orders over £75 are eligible for free shipping, using the code FREESHIP in the coupon box at checkout.

UK deliveries are shipped using Royal Mail 48. International orders are also shipped with Royal Mail. Both are fully trackable and your tracking number will be emailed to you upon despatch.

Other items such as stickers, magnets, etc. may vary in shipping prices; you are able to check a shipping fee before you checkout, by adding the item to your cart and entering your address.

If you check out multiple times and I am able to ship your items together then I will refund any extra postage paid.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs checks, which can sometimes cause a delay in delivery. Any import charges incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

PROCESSING TIMES -

Any Ready to Ship item will ship within 7-10 business days, often sooner, but never later. Made to Order items take up to 4 weeks before shipping. If you order a mix of Ready to Ship and Made to Order items, then all your items will ship together with the later processing time. If you have any concerns about the processing time of your order then please email me at hello@pennyembroidery.com and I will work with you as best I can.

CUSTOM ORDERS -

If you are interested in a custom order then please email me a design brief using the contact form found on my site, or send an email to hello@pennyembroidery.com.

REFUND POLICY -

If you have an issue with your order then please email me at hello@pennyembroidery.com so I can rectify the situation.

If a refund is required then you have 14 days to request one upon receipt of your order. You are then required to return your order within 14 days of this request. Return postage is at the cost of the customer. Your original payment method will be refunded (P&P included) within 14 days of receipt the returned item. Your item must be in an ‘as-new- state in order to request a refund.

I am unable to accept return requests for any custom order items.
